CASEMAKER CB-310

The gluing rollers are made of stainless steel for rust free and long life. Special regulation knobs are given for fine adjustment of the glue thickness, on any kind of materials. Both adhesive like cold glue and hot glue can be done.

The registration of card board on the sheet already glued, it permits the exact position of the sheet as regards the two boards and the spine strip following the print reference on the sheet. It can be easily adjustable system. The single turning unit is designed very flexible to work different kinds of materials which ensure a tight corner wrap, after board fixing the case should insert manually in to the turning-in unit for the first turn and other three sides.

The calendaring unit is to remove the air bubbles in the case after the turning-in, the rollers are proved with adjustment knobs which can be adjust according the thickness of the case. Finally quality case is ready to use.
